I didnt really go there to catch them, I was shooting some photos by one of the fish ponds around here, and suddenly spotted them above me :)

I want to say today,
What is friendship in our world,
So that everyone can accept it,
To realize that there is no friendship more beautiful.

Friendship is a fairy of kindness,
Friendship is a maid of honor,
Friendship is much higher than fuss,
She is neglected only by ignoramuses!

Friendship gives us those people,
With whom, fearlessly on the road or in reconnaissance,
With the same number of friends
The chance grows to take the highest mark.

After all, with friends it's twice as fun,
Three times safer and more reliable,
Four times with friends, we are brave,
Five times to the enemies we are more careful!

so do they allways have one leader, like a fixed leader all the time?

I think its always the same leader, probably related to in-flock hirarcy
