My deepest condolences on the state of your nation, and people.
I take your post as cautionary, and I hope everyone that sees it does also. The capability to execute missions with such forces is likely to be trivial in many jurisdictions, and the social fabric of a nation as recently as vibrant and highly functional as Venezuela being so disrupted should give everyone everywhere cause for concern.
Let us hope that not only does this kind of crime victimizing Venezuelans cease, but that everywhere in the world where conflict is worse, those conflicts are brought swiftly to an end, and that where such strife is not afflicting people it never does.
