Update on Victoria, she is 1 pound 14 oz; so she is one ounce over her birth weight. It is common for babies to loose weight when delivered. Normally this is an inconvenience, but with one this small it is life threatening.
So when they begin adding weight, it is a turning point!
She is on a cpap machine using room air.
Here Victoria is holding her Mother's hand. This will give you an idea of her actual size.
She is eating a full meal of 6 cc's of milk every few hours. They have added a suppliment to see if they add more weight gain. If she can tolerate it, she will add more weight fast.
Here is her Sister, Julie Anne, who was 1 pound 10 oz at birth, who is a sweet kid without problems today!
Victoria is sleeping well too:

Amazing! I wish Victoria will grow healthy and soon breathing with her own without the supporting tools... she will be as healthy and kind like her sister..

Thank you! They are my favorite Niece's Babies. Her Sister did very well, and has no lasting effects.
They are thrilled on the floor that she is off of oxygen already! It is great to see.

They are perfect babies, and thankfully they fight hard! Victoria is gaining weight and her organs are maturing well. It is beginning to look better every day!

I look forward to that myself! The Sister's picture is kind of that future view. Julie Anne was a little smaller than Victoria when she was born.
