I have a 1908 house that is on my property that I have had stripped and will be restoring to an outdoor garden and upper deck. Here are a couple of photos of the joinery that was done with hand tools in the early age of settlement in our area.

I love these old cabins! People worked so hard and made such amazing pieces of furniture, buildings, tools etc... They really knew what they were doing and things were meant to last! Good luck
