Well the temple your eyes are gracing right now is an ancient temple which was being built by a King of that time, but the speciality of this temple is that it was left incomplete and wasn't made completely.
The story goes like,
When the temple was almost complete, the son of the king died while performing a ritual, he fell from the top of the temple. The King and the citizens took it as a bad indication for their kingdom and immediately stopped the construction and left the entire premises as it was then.
Today It Has Turned out into an interesting tourist place and this place is also known as Konark Temple.
It is situated on the eastern front of India namely a state of Odisha and the city of Bhubaneshwar.
