Everywhere you go in life we are surrounded by signs and it's the same aboard cruise ships as well. There is one difference with the signs you find on Royal Caribbean cruise ships however, humor. They have found the perfect balance of explanatory illustrations and humor that can be universally understood by people from around the world regardless of their native language. It's the details like these that make the cruising experience with RC so much fun.
Warning Signs
As you can imagine on a ship the size of a small city there are potential hazards all over the place if you're not careful. Nothing ruins a cruise faster than a slip and fall that could sprain an ankle or worse, not to mentional any potential liability issues - although I think we sign those rights away in the pages of fine print before boarding the ship.
The next time you are on a cruise, especially with Royal Caribbean, be sure to take a moment to look around and enjoy the thousands of humorous signs mixed in with the decor. I'm sure you will get a good chuckle.

Signs like these always amuse me. I saw a sign on the bus once that said: “NO SMOKING. NO FOOD/DRINK. NO BIRDS.”

Even though they (the ships) are always in front of the door here, Ive never been on any of them! Its good to keep some humor in there, no fun in living a week in a too serious place!
