Trying to edit a boring and blurry photo

Started with this photo.

Boring and lots of noise. Did some adjustments in Ligthroom:

Time to sharpen and strighten the photo ended up with this:

Exported it to Luminar and continued the sharpening there and the end result:

Then I decided to play with it more but this time in Photoshop:
