@sahana, welcome to Steemit.

My thoughts are going out to you as you face many changes in your life. My wife is a homemaker as well. She also homeschools our 5 children.

In a few months we will also move to a smaller city, but we will not be as isolated as you in the village (which reminds me of visiting villages when I lived in #Indonesia).

I hope that Steemit becomes a great way for you to meet new people and share your passions about photography and cooking.
