I decided to share some views from my walk to and from our local shops today.
Spring has definitely sprung despite temperatures being as low as 2 degrees yesterday.
Today is May Day and traditions across the world have this tree and its glorious pink cherry blossom at the centre of various celebrations, festivals and tourist attractions.
Gardens here in the UK are blooming lovely. Colour surrounds us to wake us up from winters' gloom.
I hope you enjoyed the fresh look of spring down a road in a town in the UK.

Happy MAY Day everyone
Cherry blossoms!
I love cherry blossoms. And it's so colourful in your neighbourhood!
My partner is our landscaper and gardener when we move into a place that's either our own, or allows us to touch the gardens. And I've told him he can do what he wants, but I want a cherry blossom, and a gazebo with mandevilla wrapped all around it. :D

Sounds idyllic. Only downside is the mush that the petals make once fallen. I remember as a child shaking branches pretending i was a bride and the blossoms were confetti 😄😄
