Those people in the picture are people like us. Yet they have a different identity, they are garments workers. In most of the factories, womens are more than men .One reason for this is that women are being spent on small wages, where a man's minimum salary is 12,000 Taka and one woman can get the same work at Tk 7000-8000. On the other hand, helpless women also do not do anything better than this.
These women and men workers are gathering in the vicinity of the industrial areas. Yet, as far as the distance is concerned, in such a way, the unfortunate vehicle crisis.
The authorities are not concerned about the misery of the workers. Their rules would like to present all workers in due time.
Although the garment industry is the main source of foreign exchange earnings, the government is not giving much importance to those who are behind it.There is no one to see the disadvantages of these workers. Vehicle drivers are also taking double or more rent to understand the opportunity,Where a worker use their each taka everyday of the month through their need only,There is almost everyday they had to count extra fares.

Women and men are hanging together behind a small car. Not only these two cars but also all the cars are same.
Think how awful it is to hang.
But they are the driving force of the country.
I am attracting the attention of people who are importing clohes/products from our country.If you discuss the matter with our government, the government may make rules so that each one factory manage their own car/bus for their worker's.
So that their workers are exempt from this untimely hardship.

[ছবিতে যাদের দেখছেন এরা আপনার আমার মতই মানুষ। তারপরও এদের একটা আলাদা পরিচয় আছে, এরা পোশাক-শ্রমিক। দেশের বেশিরভাগ কল-কারখানাতে পুরুষদের থেকে মেয়েদের ভীরই যেন বেশি। তার একটা কারন হতে পারে, অল্প বেতনে নারীদের খাটানো যাচ্ছে, যেখানে একজন পুরুষের ন্যূনতম বেতন ১২০০০ টাকা সেখানে একজন নারীকে দিয়ে ৭০০০-৮০০০ টাকায় একই কাজ করিয়ে নেয়া যাচ্ছে। অন্যদিকে অসহায় নারীরাও এর থেকে ভাল কিছু করতে পাচ্ছে না।
শিল্পপ্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোর আশেপাশের অঞ্চলে ভীর জমাচ্ছে এইসব নারী ও পুরুষ শ্রমিকরা। তারপরও যতটুকু দুরত্ব পেরোতে হচ্ছে ততটুকুও এভাবে দূর্ভোগে যানবাহন সংকটে।
শ্রমিকদের এই দূর্ভোগ নিয়ে এতটুকুও মাথাবেথা নেই কর্তৃপক্ষের। তাদের নিয়ম যথাসময়ে সকল শ্রমিককে উপস্থিত চাই। পোশাকশিল্প বৈদেশিক মূদ্রা আয়ের প্রধান উৎস হওয়া সত্বেও যারা এর নেপথ্যে রয়েছে তাদের দিকে তেমন কোন গুরুত্বই দিচ্ছেনা সরকার। এসকল শ্রমিকদের সুবিধা অসুবিধা দেখার কেউ নেই। যানবাহনের চালকরাও সুযোগ বুঝে দ্বিগুণ বা তারও বেশি ভাড়া আদায় করে নিচ্ছে, যেখানে একজন শ্রমিকের মাসের প্রতিটি দিন চলে হিসেবের মধ্য দিয়ে সেখানে প্রায় প্রতিদিনই অতিরিক্ত ভাড়া গুনতে হচ্ছে তাদের।

নারী ও পুরুষ একসাথে ঝুলছে ছোট একটি গাড়ির পেছনে। একটা দুটো নয় প্রায় সবগুলো গাড়ির অবস্থাই একই। কতটা ঝূকিপূর্নভাবে ঝুলে আছে একবার ভাবুন। অথচ এরাই দেশের চালিকাশক্তি।
আমি ঐসকল লোকেদের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করছি যারা আমাদের এই বাংলাদেশ থেকে পোশাক/পন্য আমদানি করছেন।
আপনারা আমাদের সরকারের সাথে বিষয়টা আলোচনা করলে সরকার হয়তো নিয়ম করবেন যেন প্রতিটি গার্মেন্ট ও কল-কারখানার নিজস্ব পরিবহন থাকে। যাতে করে তাদের শ্রমিকরা রেহাই পায় এই অবর্ণনীয় কষ্টের হাত থেকে।
