Romans created arches as a sign of victory. Arches were later adopted in the construction of bridges to tie the two ends of a river and make communication within reach. With time, due to erosion, when arches become weak and unable to hold the load, they are abandoned for any kind of active use. Creative mind can preserve it as a part of history and sign of past glory for the future generation through gardens created around it. Present picture is an example to that end. The travel path and the river bed is transformed to flower beds that makes the environment serene, cozy and enjoyable.
