The difference in the water jets is interesting. But I also see a difference in the blue of the fountain bottom. In the longer shutter speed it's more washed out. It seems more over exposed. I like the darker blue of the fountain bottom in the bottom picture better. But the water jets look better in the top, where the shutter is a little slower. Maybe it's a job for Photoshop!

Thank you for your comment. In the shots above I simply wanted to display the difference the shutter speed had on the jets of water, but I see your point.
