It's not about the stuff. It's about the stuff behind the stuff.

Can you give an elaboration on what led you take these shots or the locations? I have a DSLR I'm itching to have some fun with. These kind of shots really inspire me to take some of my own.

Hi!

So back in school I was very close with my photography professor and one of the things she loved saying about me was that, "I am a taker, not a maker." So basically when I see something alluring, beautiful or interesting to me in some way, I just automatically start shooting.

That's pretty much the best rhyme and/or reason I can give in reference to these photos that I took :)

Thanks for inquiring!

That's a neat thought. And on first hearing you might think to take that the wrong way, maybe. "You're a taker, not a maker." "Wait what did you say?!" lol. But, that is an interesting insight. Also, I think, taking is a very valuable part of making. Everyone who creates takes inspiration from somewhere. Interesting reply, thanks! You've got a new follower. :)
