DIY Easy Cameral Rolls recipe - Must give it a try!

Hello steem community! here is another recipe as promised!

This will make 4-5 round pans of rolls. You can use the tinfoil pans available at the dollar store as they work great for this. They are perfect for giving away to neighbors and friends without worrying about your cake pans or pie plates getting back to you.

Begin by heating the milk up to warm. Do not let the milk turn hot. Attach the dough hook to the mixer and put the warm milk in and add the egg, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix until the egg is beaten. Start adding the flour until a wet dough is formed. Once about half of the flour is incorporated, slowly pour in warm melted butter while the mixer is running. Start adding more flour in, once the butter is well incorporated into the dough, until a soft dough forms and the sides of your mixer are clean. Mix for about 4 minutes, until a smooth, elastic dough is formed into a ball. In a lightly greased bowl place the dough and cover with a damp towel. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size in a draft-free and warm place.

When the dough has risen, punch down, grab 1/2 of it, and roll it out on a well-floured surface into a rectangular shape and it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Pour enough melted butter over the dough to cover it well, and then top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Leave the back edge topping and butter-free.

From the side closest to you, roll the dough towards the back and seal the seam. Use a bit of water on your fingers to dampen the edges slightly in order for them to seal well. Using s serrated knife, slice the dough into pieces 2 inches thick.

Repeat this with the rest of the dough and place into buttered pans. Cover and let rise until doubled.

Bake in a 350°oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned on the top. Make sure the middle roll is done. Packing them too tightly into the pans can result in the middle roll being a little doughy.

Top with your caramel sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients
2.5 tbsp., or 3 packets yeast
1 egg
3 cups warm milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted (cooled)
8-10 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt

Instructions
Place yeast, warm milk, sugar, egg, and salt into a mixer. Beat until egg is incorporated. Add approximately 1/2 of flour in batches. Mix until incorporated. Gradually drizzle in melted butter into dough and mix until combined. Add in more flour until a soft dough forms and the sides of your mixer are clean.
Let rise, covered, until doubled.

Caramel Rolls Assembly
Instructions for assembly of caramel rolls...

Ingredients
2-3 sticks Butter, melted
Brown sugar, enough to sprinkle on dough
1 batch Caramel roll dough
Double batch Caramel Sauce
Cinnamon 2-3 cups

Instructions
Shape 1/2 of dough into a rectangle by rolling it approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Spread enough melted butter over rolls to cover well fairly thickly. Cover with sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up and seal seams well. Cut into 2 inch sections, place in buttered 9" pans. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake in 350°oven until lightly golden brown. Cover with caramel sauce and enjoy!

Yield: 5 pans rolls
