This is what happens when you really want to bench, and you have no money for the actual equipment.
#1 Take protein shake and exercise by using body weight exercises.
#2 Go to a metal scrap yard and find a pole.
#3 Buy a packet of cement and fill the empty protein shake buckets.
#4 When cement starts to solidify, stick the pole in and wait 3 days before use of new weights.
When all you have are these to exercise so that you you stay in shape. Oh and the bench was made out of 4 bar stools interlocking each other, with a blanket to keep it steady :D This is what you come up with when you have a lot of spare time on your hands. In South Africa we have the saying: "'n Boer maak 'n plan"
