Austria, Lake Como and Oktoberfest!

It's been a while and I was long overdue to post about some of my adventures again. I figure some of you might actually enjoy seeing some of these pictures along with which I figure it's great to be able to look back at these posts in a few years from now. After having been back home in Amsterdam for a while it was time to get a move on again, so I followed my girlfriend to Austria about a week after she had left Amsterdam.

Always good to be reunited with this face even if it has only been a week...

I was only in Austria for about 12 days but was lucky enough to be there while the cows were practically grazing in the backyard. I had only seen it in pictures but this time I got to witness it first hand! :)

After a few days there, it was time to head to lake Como, more specifically the cities of Como and Bellagio. The drive there is a pleasure in and on itself with MANY spectacular views along the way.

The drive to the lake, the lake itself and all of the surrounding cities are absolutely stunning.

On the second day we went to a place in the city of Bellagio called 'i Giardini di Villa Melzi'. It had a beautiful yard and amazing views.

After our adventures on the lake, we decided to take a different route back and ended up incredibly high up in the mountains on a pretty desolated and awesome road. We hit the snow and even ran into a bunch of goats.

How do you like that for a windy road?!

Oh and before I forget! I also hit up Oktoberfest with Angelo @theywillkillyou. He flew into Munich to visit his girlfriend in Vienna, so we picked him up and him and I spent a night getting weird at Oktoberfest for the third year in a row; first year without a lederhose :(
