In the 17th century, a town of colonial origin named Ortiz was born in the Venezuelan plains. Even in 2020 you can see colonial-style houses, many of them are in ruins.

In the image we can see its church that is called Santa Rosa de Lima, it remains original, thanks to the good maintenance that has made its conservation possible.
