Toasted BLTC served with Cream of Chicken, topped with Cheddar, Bacon, and Green Onion.

I will admit I have recycled this special more than once at work, the simplest foods sell the best! I have some tricks, one is heavy fresh black ground pepper and salt on the tomatoes, the other is to grill the bacon for extra smoky flavour! The cheese must be perfectly browned, and I like to use heavy tomato, at least one full tomato!
