We walked the grounds. Hofburg is a very special Palace which has many museums inside. The Sisi Museum is in the Burghof Palace and is well worth the time to see. If you buy the Vienna Pass it is is included in the price of the pass. You get to see many interesting photographs and exhibits, including some of her dresses and you also get to see rooms used by Sisi. Great to see the dinner set up and everything needed to entertain.
This Palace is very rich, and if you want to visit it all, I think that you need more than one day. The buildings themselves as well as the gardens and setting is most impressive, of coarse as are the internal aspects of these buildings. It is a must-see attraction, even just to admire outside. It is one of the famous sights in Vienna we highly recommend to all who visit Vienna.
