Whether a scientist (individual) who precedes me is present and alive or long passed away, in each case I spend time with them while studying their work. I consider myself fortunate though I inherit problems to be solved, the existing solutions already have the fun taken out of them.
I saw the footage of Hutchison Effects from the nineties, these 1989 videos were amazing...

Now that I have seen these, I need to listen to the later footage again. I believe I now have a better understanding than I had, the scope of the experiments was very broad... as a result, the effects were of differing types.
The levitation I understand, the most resonant object is also the most divergently charged with respect to the convergent/divergent charge gradient ratio of Earth. A solar satellite containing many types of matter, should have a different charge gradient ratio than that of the Sun which contains mostly Hydrogen.
The charge gradient ratio of the Sun, a mechanism that can keep solar satellites from converging ("falling") into the Sun. The charge gradient ratio of Earth seems to allow for it's satellites to converge entirely, "falling" to the surface of the planet.
Whether the rising object is a flying saucer or an Ozone (O3) molecule ..both need to be sufficiently divergently charged, in order to be repelled from the Earth's surface where the convergent effect of the planet's charge gradient ratio is greatest. Given that Ozone molecules maintain a specific distance from Earth's surface, it would seem logical that altitude control for the flying saucer will be possible.
Unfortunately, we will be placing a recycle bin at one end of the theoretical physics shelf. A hand somewhere in the middle should recycle the information that is no longer relevant nor logical ..in one brief motion.
Oh yeah? ..the following are publications concerning physics theoretical and applied which contradict better logic. Everyone will not want to let go of the blackhole, I know that much already. There are several degrees mistakenly awarded to those who claimed discovery of gravitational waves (an obvious oxymoron). When frequencies are emitted from a charge gradient source (0 Hz), the zero hertz effects breakdown (a loss of convergence, divergence and the archaic "gravity").
The one that really irritates (funny now), waves of light listed as and among particles of the Standard Model of Elementary Particles. Professionals had too many students sacrificing metaphorical objects along with Connie and Donny into the blackhole. At least try to find the illogical discrepancies for correction ..photons are said to be massless particles while science also claims they "gravitate" toward blackholes. Charge gradient should be present to "gravitate" objects, without matter there should be no charge gradient. Hence we have a reasonable and mostly safe version of space that is also slightly more benevolent without blackholes.
A classic blend of eccentric Brit demeanor and North American defiance, other types seem to follow the exercises without questioning the work of their mentors.
The French? ..they will not be silenced, that is what I have gained from life in French Canada.
WOW ..charge gradient imbalance gives us the REDOX reactions which are the basis for electrochemistry. REDUCTIONS of molecular structure require an energetic state that is of a complementary charge to those of OXIDATIVE compounds.
Similar to a microwave that one can embark, once the vessel is safely sealed with occupants inside, the hull and topside can be divergently charged. Early models can employ a jet engine. Instead of providing thrust only, engine power is applied to generating the energy required to divergently charge the air/spacecraft.
I believe that G-force may not be a problem. If the charge gradient of Earth is negated for the craft, the occupants within should experience the same condition.
If that is true, a zero G chamber can be built to experience the effects and experiment here on Earth. Many experiments currently await the possibility of being performed in space. The savings and benefits would be worth the development.
The STOVL F-135 engine yields 35,000 HP or 26 Megawatts. I would be surprised if that were not enough energy to divergently charge a one ton flying saucer.
Later we can implement a Boeing 777X for commercial flights, without the need of a runway the craft can operate similar to a bus following a route.
I suppose when the solutions are no longer welcome, we can start paying me like the others, to stop.
