Announcement: Compensation for the fourth IXO 8848Chain(VEC)

Dear users,

We apologise for the inconvenience cased in PIEXGO's fourth RocketGo - 8848Chain(VEC). PIEXGO would like to offer a compensation as follows:

  1. A compensation of 5,000 PXG per user for all participants. The PXG compensation will be distributed on 22 August.
  2. Buyback frozen PXG at 0.00395 USDT for users who experienced frozen assets without a ticket number.

If you have experienced frozen assets without a ticket number, please submit a customer support ticket with your PIEXGO UID by clicking https://piexgo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. If you have already submited a customer support ticket, there is no need to resubmit. Buyback PXG and unlocking of ONT will take place before 23 August.
