Last weekend I've made my best pizza ever! I'd like to share it with you :)
Ingredients were:
400mg flour
300ml warm water
20mg fresh yeast
2 table spoons of flour
1 tea spoon os sugar
1 tea spoon of salt
Kamis pizza mix
500ml of tomato Passata
rucola
mozarella cheese
8 pieces of ham
balsamic sauce
cherry tomatoes
The recipe:
Add yeast to water, 2 spons of flour and sugar, mix it and leave in warm place for 30 mins.
Mix rest of flour with salt and half of Kamis mix, add yeast and mix again. Leave under cover for 1 hour.
Create pizza plates, cover with Passata, add some Kamis mix on it, cover with mozarella.
Bake in heated oven in 200 C deg for 10 minutes. Get it out for a white to put some ham stripes (5-6 pcs). Bake for next 7 minutes.
Finish with covering with rucola, rest of ham and cherry tomatoes. Put a little bit of balsamic souce all over it.
