I see some people back to plagiarizing (flysky and aidasfg7). Is there any service left on Steem to report them to?

They see a lot of people going away from Steem and they hope this is the time to start plagiarising AGAIN and AGAIN and circle-jerking and spamming like on other alt acc, such as hamletnow or xboxguru.
