During the South African border wars the SAAF operated a number of air force bases.
One was at Hoedspruit and this is where the various generations of Mirage operated out of.
Many of these different mirage types are still available on display.
Another was at Waterkloof.
It housed some of the older planes some of which are still flying.

Beautiful , I love when these types of planes take to the air , and the aerobatics it does as it flies , and the smoke it leaves behind as if drawing on a canvas , the smoke the colour and the sky the art.
Would love to make a collection of these models .
