It started with the clogged kitchen sink. My day then curved briskly away from my plans to accomplish grand and glorious feats of creative genius. 
This is a mature polite way of introducing today’s blog topic. I had a pitiful day. We all have them from time to time.
My reaction to spoiled plans was to make progress by lack of force. I pulled a desperate trick by taking a nap. That’s right... I quit struggling against the current and let my day wash me down the drain. I hope to be back soon.
Tonight I have no hopes or ambitions. I am going to eat some junk food and watch some mind numbing television.
Whenever I recover I will timidly review what happened while I was away struggling against undesired pressure. My life experience has taught me to always look on the bright side. Perhaps the universe conspired against me to subtly change my approach to tomorrow. Rather than make pointless plans, I will go with the flow.
Here is today’s beauty.
Terrible day @doctorjonh. One thing I know (from personal experience), if you can't clear a clog after a few attempts, turn the job over to a drain-cleaning service or licensed plumber.
