What are your thoughts on Plexcoin?

Plexcoin is a new coin that is on pre-sale, as of the writing, 13 days before it is officially launched.

I'm just confused though on how this thing works. It says the minimum amount of purchase is worth $100, but I wonder how can I purchase them if ever I will? There's this referral and everything and I think that I will earn some incentive Plx (as they call their coins) with each referral.

Can anyone explain how this thing works?
