We spend a lot of time getting our pictures taken with friends, how often to we have a selfie with a simple tree on a beautiful morning?
As I am writing this I'd like to try out a free style poem.
We wonder ever so far looking for a place to be
to be wild to be free and to be who we are to be
we tend to forget the simple things with us
from behind to the side to the very things in front of us
They call it the hustle the rat race if you will
you work in a manner befitting of a slave and not a king
a slave works to survive without the mind to thrive
yet a king who is wise will seek for his kingdom to thrive
You may ask, you may wonder on who this king is?
the king who stares at the "us" from skies above the hills
He is cunning ever growing his wisdom like the roots below the ground
like our simple time here on earth, under a tree we are safe and sound.
Anyway that was a simple poem of mine. Here is a Tree without the annoying hooman
