Unfolding The Dream

in poem •  7 years ago

Washed with the waters of grace
Made alive in a garden of bliss
It's what I see on your beautiful face

Deeply assuming this:
She'll never give up on the race.

You're unfolding the route of stars
Pointing down eastwards, ahead
Where hope comes up, hiding all scars
Though still only your eyes I've read

By the steady move of rooted faith
I dust off some purely smitten silver
In which a joyful reflection of your state
Reveals the beauty of a priestly chilver

Did he give you the gleaming keys,
to the intimate motions of my life?
Are you carrying the rightly given clues
to help comprehending this honouring strive?

There are many dreams but one that binds
Oh Holy One unfold this state
To shine brighter on our tenderly formed, wonderful fate
