Addicted (Secret Poetry)

in poem •  6 years ago

Biting my lip, trying to hide
The way you make me feel inside
With each whispered breath
I can barely confess
The weakness, the bliss
The consuming headiness
The rush, the ache like pleasant pain
The rising longing to feel you again
You make me tremble as I wait my turn
Lost to the touch, the high, the burn
You take away the ground, leave me weak
Breathing in gasps, I can hardly speak
I’m addicted to you, you’re in my blood
You make me beg and I can’t get enough
