In utopian world they reside,
While in abject poverty we abide,
Attempts we make to change with rage,
The status quo remiains-no change.

Go into streets and environments,
People looking pale, ashen and pallid-no improvement,
Food they find hard to come by,
Many die in drove without saying their byes

Agony is writhing for the people,
In anguish they trudge on in ripple,
On a brighter morrow they set their sight,
Hunger is pervading...that is the blight.

Let them hear and act,
More of motion than movement we observe,
A day cometh when people will react,
Their sanity will take flight and nothing to preserve.

Heart touching write up @baboyed1000
There is the need to always remember the needy in this festive season. It is the season of love and we should do just that

That is the reason for the season. Give generously and soothe a burning heart
