Absurd Poetry #1

in poetry •  7 years ago

One afternoon I said to myself,
'Why isn't death more achromatic?'
Never forget the white-hotness of death.

Pay attention to my lifeblood,
Lifeblood is the most sweetest blood of all.
Lifeblood is unfermented. Lifeblood is saccharine,
Lifeblood is gratifying, however.

The wooly zest sings like a taste
You may enlist,
With your muddled lies,
But still, like a zest, I'll rise.
It does enlist,
It does own,
It does involve.

Just like a body, is life.
Hole. hole, hole.
