Relinquish the thought once thought obscure
My mind draws blank when you draw near
A clean slate for fate to rewrite what it will
I stand back and watch, I am unsure until
I realize the lies are just a new version of truth
Somehow I still question if what’s portrayed is you
Do you think I could fall, and not hit the ground
Listen to me shatter, without giving a sound
Sit back and relax in this hypnotic Silence
Quietness escapes me, forever lost in my violence.
