As a literature teacher it will be odd or strange not to say something concerning literature.
As we all know literature can be divided into three genres: drama, prose and poetry.
When I became an A level teacher, I began to see this subject in a deeper perspective. I had to study the different eras of literature. We have the classical era, renaissance era and modern era.
Now, going by the title of this post I would like to say something about the romantic era of poetry. This was started by William wordsworth and samuel t coleridge when the published their collection known as lyrical ballads. One of my favourite poems from william wordsworth is Daffodils and my favourite from samuel taylor coleridge is To Nature. 
The features of romantic are supernaturalism, simple diction, love for nature and discussing man's emotion.
