Cigar Recollections (An Original Poem)

in poetry •  8 years ago  (edited)

Clouds of delight exude from his lips;
Old Cramer enjoys a tobacco fix.
Memories of old are brought to cognition
Minutes after his cigar's first ignition.
Rememberances of joy and others of sorrow;
Furthest away are thoughts of tomorrow.
Puffing ever so lightly so as to conserve
The careful attention his memories deserve.
