[ORIGINAL POEM] Living on Pause

I’ve been living on full speed
Going here and there
Always longing for somewhere
Always missing someone

But now
I need to live on pause
I must stay somewhere
Deal with my demons

I’m thinking maybe a year on pause
To take care of everything
That I never have time to do
I want a simple life, full of emptiness
