#12.2 - If you think you are special, you need to read this !! (Original Poetry)

But here we are all, running in the same race,
we still believe we are special, & you know what, that's what was our mistake !!

We believe that we are special,
and we ignore the world,
we forget to compete and wrestle,
and don’t make any effort.

We don’t realise we might be unique, but so is everyone else,
when we had to stand united,
we stand with conceit, ego of the self.

Yes we are all special, there is no doubt in that,
but to prove it to the world, we need to attempt.

But we do nothing,
we are all filled with proud,
feeling extraordinary in childhood,
but later filled with doubt.

Because we did nothing to prove our worth,
we turned into that rabbit
in between a race who slept on the berth.

The rabbit believed he was unique,
and didn’t make any effort,
the tortoise staggered as he was ordinary
and that’s what made him special !!

So in the end I would just say,
you might be exceptional but you need to make your way,
the world doesn't know what you know in your heart,
prove this to them by stepping out of your zone of comfort.
