What Do You Call Them If You Call Yourself Bereaved?

"Forgiveness does not change the past,
but it does enlarge the future."

There are times I eat no food,
just listening to my belly's growling tune;
until I passed a beggar on the street,
clutching his tummy asking by-passers something to eat.

There are times I see blurry,
without my glasses I cannot see clearly;
until I saw a sightless man with his cane,
walking helplessly on a very busy lane.

There are times I am a slugabed,
lounging in my bed because of laziness;
until a bedridden woman suddenly appeared on screen,
weeping 'cause she couldn't do the things she longed doing.

There are things I worry about,
abhor the imperfections I couldn't shroud;
imagine the lame, the blind, the poor, and the sick,
what do you call them if you call yourself bereaved?

Thanks for passing by and Godspeed! :)
May the force be with us.
