men in blue // vii.vi.xx

you passed me by in a memory that i ran into.
if i directed a movie, i'd call it men in blue,
staring none but me, myself, and i would be the villain.
in the script, you're the protagonist that's killing
me faster than penicillin can master the art of numbing.
my heart is running on acid. i blasted a bird humming
so the whole world could listen to glistening from a distance.
ignorance to existence is the root of all resistance.
