what about the fact we fall?

what about the fact we fall?

i'm strangely so exhausted.
i think that i have lost it.
my body's giving up,
and i'm not living up
to all these expectations.
i love all my relations,
but sometimes question all.
what about the fact we fall?

i need a helping hand,
for i just don't understand
why innocence is golden.
i'm complaining more than holden.
i'm the catcher in the rye.
at night i do not cry.
i just without control.
what about the fact we fall?

This is a beautiful poem, although sad. Good job @lukakorba👍

Thank you so much! Perhaps there is a tint of melancholia to it.

Yea.

Beautiful piece. I can relate with this part the most: "i love all my relations,
but sometimes question all"

I feel your pain bro.

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

We do, Luka. But then we stand up :)

What about falling in love?

The fascination fades. Usually.

Two and a half years later, it’s only growing for me.

Fascination fades very often. But can also convert into a very strong feeling, like love, let's say. Keep it growing, take care of it, evolve it. The poem is beautiful, by the way :)
