Great Journey of The Earth - Poetry SteemFest² Edition

Time, the basic question of all facts
When we are ready to post
When we need to edit
Truth of not knowing, what will become of our being

Fond of our own train of thought
Take every breath as a smooth lift of hope
Think not only about whom you follow
Focus not only on where your upvote goes

Creatures of the sea beneath the sky
Born from gratitude and kindness
Defining a great journey of the earth
Ever changing, ever lasting, till you hear the wake up call

This is my homage to SteemIt in celebrating SteemFest² 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal. I would like wish everyone attending, a very Happy SteemFest!

who has introduced us to and got us hooked on SteemIt. He is basically a SteemIt Rockstar and we can learn from him here.

I was recently reunited with my long time best friend from Bali. She came and visited us in Paris with her husband, during their one month Euro-Trip to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. Over a delicious Indonesian dish that my best friend cooked for us that Sunday, her husband showed us the booming world of crypto-currency and his day-to-day writings in SteemIt. So, in a blink, I signed myself up. I had to wait for almost three days to get my account activated and I started Steeming.

Curious on how active Parisians are on SteemIt, I browsed around and stumbled upon beautiful wedding photos by a photographer based in Paris. An idea came to mind. I was biggy preggy at time, so I thought it’s time to immortalize this special moment. I booked him for our pregnancy photo shooting. He was in Greece vacationing with his girlfriend but we managed to schedule it one day after he came back. It was 7.45 am when we met under Passy metro station, great time to start our shooting. It felt very special to have photos taken by a professional photographer in such a charming place, Pont de Bir-Hakeim. The relation between those behind and those in front of the camera is very important to achieve best results. It felt even more unique to us as it was our first SteemIt meet-up, in just three weeks after I signed up.

Exactly one week after, our baby Ezekiel was born. We contacted our photographer to share the news and we received 40 photos of beautiful moments, just before Ezekiel. One of them I shared here above.

SteemIt brings people come together. It has been a blessing for some and for sure will be for many others to come.
