Warmongering
Disease-bearing demagogues
Fell from the sky
Like an angry rain
The people watched in utter dismay
As the bowels of thousands of C-17 opened up and
Regurgitating its madness upon the land in
One continuous frenzied
Blitzkrieg
Blocking out the sun
The indigenous knew without a doubt
There was nowhere to run

I love this; straight and to the point. Bravo!

The bombs in the sky
have blinded our eyes
and I'm not sure i know which was to go...
Who knew we'd end up here?
The bombs in the sky
have dried our tears
and I can still hear them screaming,
tears in their eyes,
looking to me as if I had a reason why.

Thank you my friend, for amidst all the chaos all we have is our voice, and you heard me. :-)
