Even in pains,
Everyone thinks that everything is fine,
Everyone thinks she has a perfect life,
Everyone thinks she is alright,
Just because she has a constant smile .

To unveil the pains in her heart,
To disclose the fear and the hurt,
To disclose the dissapointment she feels.
Everyone was shocked,
Because her smile has been a great deception,
We all thought she was doing fine,
But now we know better,
We know that not everyone that smiles is better,
We know that she is indeed a strong young lady.
