Harvest Moon

Woodland Prairie.jpg

Harvest, Autumn, fall
Decaying leaves, a Sand pile of another world
Blue Sky's with clouds like mushrooms
Green, brown frogs of the woods

fall the chilling streams, dried corn
Pumpkin pie, a cough, old man that Sighs
Halloween; imagination the full moon is born.
Harvest.......
Wandering wind, thoughts of haunts
frozen ground top soil, Gardens decayed
Warm inside, wander the woods, leaves on frost

Broken toys, rotted wood, bugs, and ants building
cross on the blue bedroom wall, moon light through the window
liquer on his breath , leaf piles again , wildlife receding
Autumn........
Colder Sun, Jacko'lanterns candle lit Smiles
Blackness, unity, long winding, endless dirt roads
Runes on the winds, Aware as I travel the miles

Birds slow fading Songs, warmth runs away far
Bruised knees, bicycle in the garage, hoot of an owl
Snow whispering its approach, as I go inside, a mirage.
fall.......
