[Poetry] Lightning strikes

in poetry •  6 years ago  (edited)

When the lightning strikes,
the sky’s enlightened,
not matter how dark was in the past,
the thunder follows,
heart is trembling
feeling relentless, beating fast.
Rain is pouring on my face,
my hair is wet, my head is clear,
everything is washed away,
the lightning strikes,
I have no fear.
