When challenges around you surge
and men's miens become frowns
when subordinates make you go wild
and you are draught of honest followers
when loyalty becomes abstract
and repulsion acts for unity
cuddle up yourself
and
Remember! You are The Leader

When your fountain ceases to flow
and you ink deserts your pons
when the path gets thorny
and followers become clowns
when weakness makes you stronger
and strength weakens your progress
Remember! You are the leader

When your paths get entangled by hatred
and 'their' friendly smiles become venomous stares
remember a leader loved by all is a gullible follower
when your ink refuse to bow
to your manual dexterity
remember
'Teachers are always Write'
never let you ink link you to the ungratefuls
make decisions and follow your passion
but
Remember! You are the leader

If on the line of duty
family calls
if on the acts of worship
love falls
let not your emotions betray your passion
let not your actions disrupt your factions
acts in good faith
but
Remember! You are the leader

When infirmity knocks at the point of duty
true minds reside in healthy bones
never cease to remember the casing is the runner of the medulla errands
work tirelessly
remember 'health is wealth'
but always bear in mind
You are the leader

'Good friends' don't like good success
only true minds embrace break-through in good faith
don't be lured away by masked smiles
let your spirit leads as you lead
but
Remember! You are the leader

Teachers are always Write
Let not your leadership fails to knit
the love among soul menders
for in true unionism is landmark success
never be a sole leader
Team work makes the team works they say
but
Remember! You are the leader.

I wish you the best in your aspirations
may your leadership be the best
never forget
the brain who craft you a word
when you apples start to ripe
