The philosophers stone, aka the white stone by the river, is usually perceived as a magic rock that can transmute any metal into gold along as an elixir of life. In reality, it's a metaphorical representation of the completion of an inner transformation, or the last stage of the great work in spiritual alchemy. The great work is a series of 4 steps to transmute ones mental (lead)into gold. The names of the steps:Nigredo, Albedo, Cauda Pavonis, and Rubedo. Here is my 4 part haiku to explain them
Nigredo
Cries of crows present
Demons banging conundrums
Psyche roams deep pain
Albedo
White walls, black eyelids.
A reflection...acknowledged.
The mental-sphere grows.
heres a beat I made to go with haiku #1 & 2

Cauda pavonis
Solitude reaps hard.
The answers flow sturdily.
Self has been discovered now.
Rubedo
A new perspective.
Play bliss everyday now.
The world is HD.
