The Messengers Traveling Far - Stream of Consciousness

they return
to their time
far off
down the line
returning home
forever

after years
of not finding
the difficult things
that forced our hand
the future made a choice
and sent them all back
packing into the past
forever and a day

so much difference
so much the same
the people the places
and the lives altered
a dimension lost
smashed into
others

there is no surety
it is all a guess
willing to do
whatever is neccesary
I know the being
the fault
at my feet.
