The End of the Age of Innocence

There comes a time in the life of all when innocence is forever lost, with it notions start to fall as minds begin to count the cost

Emerging from a darkened veil, host of entities prevail

At first a very deep denial, the evidence sees no fair trial

But all along a message seeded, futures warnings go unheeded

Investigations tend to lack, a very certain kind of knack

To read right in between the page, where reason points to zero

The dawning of a bright new age, with nature cast as hero

These lines are mine and yours and theirs, a legacy for all our heirs

The show will start when all are seated, debate ensues but far less heated

Are they here and are they real, I know how I do How do you feel?
