I'm got 54 Ebay auctions up right now to start my new Pokemon venture in conjunction with the TCGPlayer listings. I've been finding nearly impossible to make money on those TCGPlayer listings though because it's so competitive that everyone is selling super cheap and can't really be making much of anything on their cards from a profit sense.
To supplement that I start putting some feelers out on Ebay too. I am afterall trying to sell a lot of my lesser value stuff first so natually I'm not going to get a lot of hit right out of the gate but I did put up about 50x reverse holo cards to see if I could spark any interest in those along with a few other things but the first item to get a bid was a collection of 25x Pokemon Go cards that I put up for $0.99 with $2.99 shipping.
Between Shipping and fees it will likely eat up close to $3.50 of that I'm guessing so there's basically little to no room for profits on a lot of this stuff BUT I was able to pay for all of the shipping supplies that I bought to start this venture with money I won on Fanduel betting on sports so my initial shipping costs will all be zero for a while which really does help me get started.
