Day 12: 1487 hands played. Total progress: 19,089 hands out of 500k.
I watched poker after dark at pokerGO yesterday. All the episodes with Tom Dwan at least. I can recommend that. There’s this free trial they have so it would be possible to sign up for 7 days and then cancel before it starts costing anything. They even put that in print of course when you sign up.
I will probably keep the subscription anyway since it really keeps me from getting bored when I play my poker. I love playing but sometimes it’s like my brain needs more input (than the tables I can visually handle). So I noticed that 3 tables of poker and some poker video or poker show is my recipe for success and to enjoy the situation. To me, there’s something very calming about hearing the sounds of poker chips being handled. Maybe I was a live poker player in some past life. :)
Maybe if anybody is also grinding away to get up a few stakes, and if you see this, you could tell me about your experience. I’d love to hear that.
